There will be a 50% cancellation fee for all appointments Canceled after 24hrs before your appointment. If I show up to your home or place agreed to preform the service and you don’t answer the door or ignore my calls or text messages you will be charged 100% of your service. If you are able to book in the same day earlier or later you will not be charged the 50% fee. Fees will be due on or before you will be able to schedule your next appointment. This is to ensure that your time as well as mine is respected. A credit or debit card Information is due at the time of booking NO EXCEPTIONS ..this is to ensure appointment accuracy, as well as to be able to hold your appointment time. i try my best to accommodate everyone and am more than willing to work with you. fees will be charged to my discretion. If you book an appointment same day and cancel last minute you will be charge 100% of the service cost. Which means you can only be serviced if there is time available. I will only wait for 10 mins max for you to arrive at the appointment destination after said appointment time after that I will leave and you will be charged full price of service. I will uphold myself to the same standards as you all so if I have to cancel last min you will receive a credit of the amount of your appointment to be used at a later date as well as if I am late 10 mins or more I will adjust pricing accordingly.
